Zhu Xiaokun, male, was born in 1957 in Houxiang, Danbei Town, Danyang City, Jiangsu Province, graduated from the Department of Economics and Management at Jiangsu Radio and Television University, and joined the Communist Party of China in 1980. He holds the professional titles of Senior Economist and Senior Professional Manager in China's Machinery Industry Enterprises. He serves as the Party Committee Secretary of Jiangsu Tiangong Group Co., Ltd., Chairman of the Board of Jiangsu Tiangong Tool New Materials Co., Ltd., and Chairman of the Board of Tiangong International Company Limited, and as well as a Deputy to the 13th and 14th National People's Congresses.
