Quality Inspector

Job Responsibilities:

1、Conduct inspections of the production process in accordance with quality standards and process requirements, document findings, and provide feedback.

2、Perform quality inspections on raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products, and issue inspection reports.

3、Execute routine and sampling inspections for product dimensions, appearance, performance, and other criteria.

4、Assist in handling quality abnormalities and participate in the analysis and improvement of non-conforming products.

5、Maintain and update quality records, ensuring they are authentic, complete, and traceable.

Qualifications:

1、Secondary vocational school diploma or above; preference given to majors in Materials, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, CNC, or related fields.

2、Familiarity with common inspection tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, hardness testers, profile projectors).

3、Basic blueprint reading skills; knowledge of metalworking processes is advantageous.

4、Diligent and responsible, with the ability to adapt to overtime work.

5、Candidates with prior quality inspection experience will be prioritized.
