Production Supervisor (Cutting Tools / Materials)

Job Responsibilities: 

1、Oversee workshop production planning, organization, and coordination to ensure output, quality, and delivery targets are met.  

2、Manage production processes and procedure implementation, driving continuous improvement and efficiency on the shop floor.  

3、Proficient in relevant processes for cutting tools or materials (e.g., high-speed steel, tool steel, powder metallurgy, forming processes).  

4、Organize employee training to enhance team operational skills and safety awareness. 

5、Coordinate with equipment, technical, and quality departments to resolve abnormalities.  

6、Promote 6S management and lean production, facilitating automation and standardization.  

Qualifications:  

1、College degree or above, preferably in Materials, Mechanical Engineering, or Manufacturing.  

2、5+ years of experience in metal processing, cutting tool, or material production.  

3、Familiar with tool manufacturing or material-related processes such as heat treatment, grinding, CNC, and forming.  

4、Strong on-site management, communication, and cost awareness skills.  

5、Excellent execution and stress resistance, capable of leading the team to achieve targets.
