After rigorous testing in the new energy vehicle supply chain, Tiangong International's
The tide of the times surges forward, and technological innovation never ends. Tiangong International's core products, based on "powder metallurgy, built-in water channels, and near-net shape" technologies, have recently completed production tests at several end-user die-casting enterprises, receiving highly encouraging feedback.

Tiangong International's near-net shape sprue bushings have undergone on-machine production tests at Chongqing Guangcheng Mould Co., Ltd. for approximately 45,000 shots and at Jiangsu Xinqisheng Technology Co., Ltd. for about 33,000 shots. After running for tens of thousands of shots under extreme working conditions, the mold surface remained intact without any signs of heat checking, still maintaining good working condition. In contrast, previously used sprue bushings had already failed upon reaching this number of shots.

Meanwhile, in tests at Chongqing Yujiang Die Casting Co., Ltd., the near-net shape sprue bushing has completed 30,896 shots and is still continuously producing parts, whereas the conventional lifespan of custom sprue bushings on the market is generally around 20,000 shots.
As the saying goes, "Practice is the sole criterion for testing truth." Production tests across multiple die-casting factories consistently demonstrate that Tiangong International's series of products centered on "powder metallurgy, built-in water channels, and near-net shape" exhibit performance advantages far exceeding existing products under harsh conditions such as high temperature and high pressure.

Furthermore, Tiangong International's independently developed powder metallurgy hot work die steel, TPME23A, has also undergone production validation at Chongqing Guangcheng Mould. Molds manufactured using this material have completed approximately 10,000 shots without any heat checking on the mold surface. In comparison, molds produced with previously used Swedish imported material had already begun to show heat checking cracks at 9,000 shots. Tiangong's material has effectively broken through the lifespan limitations of traditional die steel, demonstrating even more pronounced advantages under severe working conditions.
