Having a good living environment has long been a dream of many migrant workers. Tiangong International has invested more than RMB 50 million to build nearly 1,500 married-couple dormitories for migrant employees. It has also invested over RMB 100 million to construct nearly 1,000 apartments in Zone 1 and Zone 2, which are provided to employees at a price lower than the cost. The completion of these apartments has solved the worries of employees regarding housing.

The achievement of work results is inseparable from the down-to-earth efforts of employees. To better motivate employees and enable them to have a sense of accomplishment and belonging at work, Tiangong International has issued a series of corresponding employee-benefiting policies.

Every month, employees are provided with one hair-cutting coupon, which can be used at barbershops in various factory areas. If employees encounter difficulties in work or life, they can ask the workshop director or branch factory manager for help, and a response will definitely be given. Employees' salaries increase by no less than 20% every year, which greatly motivates their work. As a listed enterprise, Tiangong International currently has more than 3,600 employees, among whom migrant employees account for 70%. Before the Spring Festival every year, the Company arranges nearly 40 coaches to send employees from Anhui and northern Jiangsu back home for free. For employees who leave the factory after the 26th day of the 12th lunar month and return to work on time on the 7th day of the first lunar month, the Company reimburses the approved round-trip travel expenses. Employees who do not go home for the Spring Festival but return to work on time also enjoy the reimbursement of approved travel expenses.

For non-local employee couples, their children are a constant concern after work. To ensure that school-age children of employees can enroll in school normally, Tiangong does its best to solve employees' worries. 

Although employees are from other places, their children can be admitted to Tiangong Kindergarten free of charge, and Tiangong has arranged school buses, allowing employees to work with peace of mind.

In addition, after work, Tiangong International also focuses on improving the quality of life of employees. To enrich employees' cultural and recreational life, Tiangong has invested over RMB 10 million to build the first enterprise indoor cultural and sports center in Zhenjiang City

Tiangong provides fuel subsidies to management personnel at or above the accountant level, and issues fuel cards uniformly according to standards every November. Management personnel at or above the workshop director level enjoy certain subsidies for vehicle purchase and fuel expenses.

Talents are the core and driving force of enterprise development. Tiangong International has always attached great importance to the cultivation and incentive of high-quality talents. College and technical school graduates working at Tiangong are eligible for academic subsidies: RMB 100 /month for vocational high school and senior high school graduates, RMB 250/month for technical secondary school graduates, and RMB 300/month for technical school graduates. For college graduates, the academic subsidy increases with their length of service if they meet the requirements; the same applies to college graduates with CET-6 certificates and undergraduate graduates.

Children are the hope of families. As parents, everyone hopes that their children can receive a good education. Tiangong International truly stands in the perspective of employees and contributes its efforts to help employees' children attend school. For employees registered to work at Tiangong (with one spouse working at Tiangong), their children in grades 1-6 of primary school can receive an education subsidy of RMB 200 per semester paid by Tiangong International. For employees whose both spouses are registered to work at Tiangong, their children in primary school, junior high school, and senior high school can receive an education subsidy of RMB 300 per semester.


Incentive Mechanism


To fully mobilize employees' work enthusiasm, Tiangong International has selected the annual "Tiangong Technical Elites" since 2009. Employees who have made outstanding contributions to Tiangong in aspects such as technological transformation, technological innovation, and rationalization proposals in the past year are rewarded according to the extent of their contributions. Every year, Tiangong holds the "Tiangong Model Worker" selection and recognition activity, and model workers receive certain material and spiritual rewards.


Security Guarantee


To build a harmonious enterprise, Tiangong International starts with caring about the lives of all Tiangong employees and provides social endowment insurance, medical insurance, and work-related injury insurance for each employee. At the same time, the enterprise has issued the "Interim Provisions on Wage Subsidies for In-service Personnel during the Period of Major Illnesses" to alleviate the living pressure of in-service employees who are unable to work normally due to sudden major illnesses, solve their worries in life, and truly reflect the humanized management characteristics of Tiangong International.

"Respect the elderly as we do our own parents." For parents of non-Qianxiang Village cadres at or above the director level, if the mother is over 55 years old and the father is over 60 years old, they are also eligible for pension payments in accordance with Tiangong International's documents. In addition, since January 2012, management personnel at or above the accountant level who work at Tiangong and have purchased houses in Qianxiang Village or at Tiangong can enjoy the same benefits as Qianxiang Village villagers in terms of pension payment and natural gas subsidy until retirement.
