Red Cross Society of China Jiangsu Branch Grants Tiangong the Humanitarian Award 

        To commend the enterprises that have made significant contributions in the common fight against the COVID-19 this year, the Red Cross Society of China Jiangsu Branch recently presented Jiangsu Tiangong Tools Co., Ltd. with the “Jiangsu Red Cross Humanitarian Award”.

        In early 2020, an unexpected pandemic gripped the hearts of everyone. Faced with the epidemic, Tiangong International responded proactively, courageously shouldered its social responsibilities, and contributed its strength to epidemic prevention and control.

        Tiangong International fought the pandemic with responsibility and accountability. The emergence of COVID-19 drew everyone into a battle without gunpowder. As a renowned listed company in the tool and mould steel industry, Tiangong did not stand aside from the fight against the epidemic. Tiangong donated RMB 1.6 million to the Red Cross Societies of Wuhan, Danyang and Jurong.

       Tiangong provided positive assistance in fighting the epidemic together. February to March 2020 marked the most critical period in the fight against the epidemic, especially regarding prevention and control supplies. Tiangong mobilized all channels to procure masks, alcohol, thermometers, medical gloves, and other vital supplies. It provided daily protective masks to all employees while presenting these supplies to local partner enterprises. Furthermore, Tiangong donated masks to countries including South Korea, Canada, the Czech Republic, and the United States, demonstrating its global compassion.

       Upholding the Red Cross spirit of “Humanity, Fraternity and Dedication”, Tiangong will continue to take actions to foster a supportive environment for humanitarian causes and make new contributions to the Red Cross cause across Jiangsu Province.
