Jiangsu Tiangong Tool New Materials Co., Ltd. Obtains AEO Advanced Certification and Gains “Green Pass” for Global Trade.

Recently, Jiangsu Tiangong Tool New Materials Co., Ltd. received the “Customs AEO Advanced Certification Enterprise Certificate” from Nanjing Customs District PRC China, becoming one of the first enterprises in our city to pass the Customs AEO Advanced Certification.

“This green pass not only streamlines customs clearance, reduces the inspection rates for exported products, and provides convenience for international customers, but also promises further reductions in export clearance costs and enhanced product competitiveness,” said Zhu Xiaokun, Chairman of Jiangsu Tiangong Tool New Materials Co., Ltd.

Tiangong is a key high-tech enterprise in China, ranking among the Top 500 Chinese Private Enterprises and the Top 500 Chinese Private Manufacturing Enterprises. Its high-speed tool steel has been recognized as a manufacturing champion in a single category. As a leading global enterprise in tool and mould steel, Tiangong has broken the international monopolies on critical powder metallurgy technologies, becoming the only domestic manufacturer capable of large-scale powder metallurgy production, thus filling a critical domestic gap. In recent years, Tiangong has been actively expanding into export markets in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the United States. “Many overseas clients have safety requirements for our supply chain, and the AEO certification is the best proof of supply chain safety. It helps quickly build trust and recognition among customers, playing a very positive role in our market expansion,” Zhu Xiaokun added.

It is understood that the AEO system, advocated by the World Customs Organization, certifies enterprises with high compliance, creditworthiness and safety standards. Chinese enterprises with AEO certification not only enjoy preferential customs policies within China but also benefit from reciprocal customs clearance advantages in 24 economies (countries/regions) that have mutual recognition agreements with China, including Singapore and the European Union. These benefits include simplified customs procedures, reduced inspection rates, and priority handling, helping enterprises maximize customs clearance efficiency and minimize operational costs.
