BREAKTHROUGH: TIANGONG INTERNATIONAL DELIVERS ITS FIRST HIGH-NITROGEN ALLOY MATERIAL

Recently, TIANGONG INTERNATIONAL successfully completed the technical verification and official delivery of its independently developed high-nitrogen alloy material TPMDC02A to JIANGSU RUNFU POWER TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "RUNFU POWER"). The first batch, comprising four specifications, will be used in the production of planetary roller screws. This milestone achievement not only provides solid support for high-end equipment manufacturing and the robotics industry, but also signifies a major breakthrough in advanced materials in China.


Following the delivery, ZHU XIAOKUN, Chairman of the Board of TIANGONG INTERNATIONAL, paid a visit to RUNFU POWER to discuss the product performance, real-world applications, and prospects for deeper cooperation regarding TPMDC02A. ZHU emphasized that this collaboration represents not merely a material delivery, but the beginning of a joint endeavor to explore the high-end manufacturing sector. He expressed confidence that through close cooperation, both parties will achieve mutual benefits and shared success.



According to LIAO JUN, Chief Technology Officer of TIANGONG INTERNATIONAL, the newly developed material adopts an exclusive domestic smelting process that overcomes key challenges in nitrogen content control and material purity enhancement. This innovation effectively addresses the long-standing dependence on imported high-nitrogen alloys and the bottlenecks in their industrial application. Performance tests—particularly in corrosion resistance—showed that TPMDC02A significantly outperforms comparable materials, as verified by salt spray testing.


LIAO noted that the successful development of TPMDC02A represents a new milestone in the company's product evolution. Beyond its application in planetary roller screws, the material - renowned for its high strength, toughness, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and fatigue resistance - has also been supplied for validation and testing by companies engaged in medical devices, high-end cutting tools, and marine engineering. Moving forward, TIANGONG INTERNATIONAL plans to further enhance R&D investment in high-nitrogen alloy materials, gradually increasing nitrogen content to accelerate the localization and industrialization of high-nitrogen alloy production in China.
