MEMBER PROFILE [129] | JIANGSU TIANGONG AIHE TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD.
I. Company Profile
JIANGSU TIANGONG AIHE TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "TIANGONG") was established in December 2003, headquartered in Danyang, Jiangsu Province, with a registered capital of RMB 2 billion and approximately 1,000 employees. TIANGONG is recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise, a winner of the 5th "Made in China Hidden Champion", and holder of the "China Excellent Technology" title for its powder metallurgy manufacturing technology. It is also a Jiangsu Provincial Intelligent Manufacturing Demonstration Factory, a member of Zhenjiang City's Joint Taskforce for Core Technology Development, and a Provincial Enterprise Recognized for Talent Introduction under the “Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation” Program
TIANGONG has established a comprehensive production system for high-alloy tool and die steels, encompassing smelting, remelting, forging, cold and hot rolling, drawing, precision machining, spray forming, metal powder production, and hot isostatic pressing (HIP) - forming a fully integrated and internationally advanced production chain. It is the first enterprise in China to achieve mass production of powder-metallurgy tool and die steels, ranking among the top three globally in overall competitiveness in the SMR global tool and die steel ranking.

II. Core Technologies and Products
TIANGONG' powder steel has reached the internationally leading quality standard of third-generation powder metallurgy steels. Through multiple breakthroughs in purity control across the entire smelting process, as well as technologies in refractory selection and impurity reduction, four-step deep deoxidation and purification, residual aluminum content control, and ultra-low oxygen and inclusion management, the molten steel quality achieves oxygen ≤ 20 ppm, hydrogen ≤ 1 ppm, and phosphorus ≤ 200 ppm, providing ultra-high-purity feedstock for powder production and processing.

Tiangong Powder Steel Products
TIANGONG's gas atomization powder production technology has successfully overcome key metallurgical challenges, including slag heating control, temperature uniformity of the melt, prevention of chemical contamination, refinement of alloy microstructures, and elimination of non-metallic inclusions. The resulting powders exhibit performance indicators at a world-class level. To date, TIANGONG has developed more than 40 grades of powder steels, all of which have entered mass production. The maximum carbide size of its powder products does not exceed 5 μm, with an average carbide size of 1–3 μm.
