Over the next decade, Tiangong International will donate an additional RMB 12.5 million to Nanjing Normal University for student assistance and scholarship programs, contributing to the development of educational causes. Guo Jian, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Municipal People's Political Consultative Conference, attended the donation ceremony and delivered a speech. The ceremony was presided over by Yuan Linwang, Vice President of NNU, with participants including Wang Chengbin (Party Secretary of NNU), Hua Guihong (President of NNU), Zhu Xiaokun (Chairman of the Board of Tiangong International), and Zhu Zefeng (Chief Executive Officer). The second round (2017-2026) of the “Tiangong Development Financial Aid and Scholarship” was signed in Danyang in July 2016, with an annual donation of RMB 500,000, totaling RMB 5 million. This donation marked the third round of financial support from Tiangong International to the NNU, with the cumulative donation amount reaching RMB 12.5 million. He said that to commemorate the profound friendship between Tiangong and the NNU, as the university was about to celebrate its 120th anniversary, the university decided to permanently name a standalone building in the Xianlin campus as “Tiangong Building” with permanent identification signage to express great gratitude to Tiangong International for its strong support in the cultivation of talents and the development of the university. Nearly one hundred worker representatives, company management, and members of the Trade Union Committee attended the congress. The congress was presided over by Deputy General Manager Zhu Zefeng. General Manager Wu Suojun and Trade Union Chairman Yan Ronghua delivered work reports to the congress respectively.
