Weijian Tools Is Approved as “2022 Zhenjiang Engineering Technology Research Center”          Recently, Zhenjiang Municipal Bureau of Science and Technology announced the list of accredited entities for the “2022 Zhenjiang Engineering Technology Research Center”. Tiangong Precision Tools (Thailand) Co., Ltd. - Tiangong International's First Overseas Production Plant - Sees Gradual Ramp-Up of Production Capacity          In March 2021, Tiangong Precision Tools (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Tiangong Thailand), Tiangong International’s first overseas production plant, was put into operation. By December, the total output of grinding drills exceeded 12 million units, indicating a gradual ramp-up of production capacity. Concurrently, Phase II expansion is progressing systematically.         It was learned from Tiangong Thailand that the installation and commissioning of all equipment for the Phase II expansion were recently installed, commissioned and put into production. Following the Phase II expansion, the total production floor area in use reaches 10,500 m2, equipped with over 300 major production units, and the monthly production capacity can progressively increase from 4 million units to 6.5 million units.          The Phase II expansion will provide capacity support for the foreign trade sales of Tiangong Tools. Tiangong Aihe’s Steelmaking Unit Passes Review for Level 2 Safety Standardization         Recently, the steelmaking unit of Tiangong Aihe Special Steel passed the Review for Level 2 Safety Standardization. This makes it the first enterprise in Danyang City to achieve Level 2 Safety Standardization Certification since the implementation of the Methods for the Grading of Enterprise Workplace Safety Standardization issued by the Ministry of Emergency Management of the People’s Republic of China in October last year.         Workplace safety standardization is to establish a workplace safety responsibility system, formulate safety management regulations and operating procedures, identify and address hazards, monitor and control major risk sources, and set up preventive mechanisms to regulate production practices and maintain continuous improvement. It is a crucial pathway for enterprises to implement their primary responsibility for workplace safety.         Through methods including briefing sessions, on-site inspections and document verification, the expert review panel conducted rigorous examinations, assessments, and evaluations across 13 assessment categories, 47 assessment items, and 211 specific assessment criteria for Tiangong Aihe, covering workplace safety objectives, safety investment, education and training, production equipment and facilities, hazard identification and governance, and other aspects. The expert panel provided positive feedback and affirmation regarding Tiangong Aihe’s workplace safety standardization efforts and officially announced on-site that Tiangong Aihe Special Steel Co., Ltd. Working Together to Achieve Excellence, Striving Forward for the Future - Tiangong International Successfully Holds Its 11th Staff Sports Games         At 8:30 AM on October 30, 2022, the Tiangong Culture and Sports Center was vibrant with fluttering flags and energetic music, as the 11th Staff Sports Games of Tiangong International commenced here grandly. The Board of Directors of Tiangong International, along with all executives, led nearly 3,000 participants - including athletes from five representative teams of the Company and employees from the plants - to attend the opening ceremony. Zhu Xiaokun, Chairman of the Board of Directors, attended and delivered the opening speech, Deputy General Manager Yan Ronghua presided over the ceremony, and General Manager Wu Suojun gave the closing remarks.         During the opening ceremony, the teams carrying the national flag, factory flags, and event banners entered the venue in formation. They not only demonstrated their skills but also showcased the distinctive spirit and style of Tiangong employees.        After intense competition, the Administrative Team secured first place in the group category with a total of 132 points, the Tools Team ranked second with 117 points, and the High-Speed Steel Team came in third with 78 points. At 3:30 PM, a grand award ceremony was held to present medals and cash prizes to winners across 129 events. It is reported that the total investment for this Sports Games is about RMB 500,000, marking the highest expenditure in its history.         The 11th Staff Sports Games is not only a grand stage to showcase the spiritual outlook of all Tiangong employees, but also an important carrier for advancing Tiangong’s spiritual civilization.
